A Swedish company specializing in the manufacturing of modular buildings, as well as operations and maintenance primarily targeting the public sector in Sweden, Norway, and the UK, set a goal to double its revenue while improving profitability. At the start of the project, the company had a revenue of 150-200 million SEK with an operating margin of 3% and was owned by a Private Equity firm.

To achieve these goals, a value-based pricing strategy was introduced, leveraging the company’s strong position as the most reliable player in terms of quality, service, and sustainability.
